IMPORTANT REMINDER
COACHES:
It is your responsibility to see that your wins are called in to the
GWAC Hotline within 72 hours of the game in order to receive credit for
the victory. (NO EXCEPTIONS!) The hotline is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week to receive your call. If you feel there has been a
problem with the recorder, contact your league secretary immediately!

DO NOT leave messages on the Hotline if you expect a
return call. For any questions/issues you may have regarding league
standings, procedures or any other league matters, contact your league
secretary or your school's GWAC Representative.

Subject line must include your division and game date (eg. 7/8 Red,
11/17/07). Body of the e-mail must include your name, school, number
of games won and opponent (eg. John Smith from St Ignatius. We won 2
games vs. Jude #1).
