NEW FOR 3/4 GRADE Defense
1. All teams in must play man-to-man defense.
2. Each player is responsible for guarding and moving with an offensive player. This requires the defensive player to move according to the offensive player’s movements with or without the ball.
3. Trapping, double-team crowding or triple team swarming of a player out of the paint is prohibited.
4. Help side defense is permitted.
5. If an offensive player beats their defender, a teammate may move into position to help until the original defender recovers.
6. Once the defender recovers, the help player must drop back to their player.
7. Teams are not permitted to play any type of zone defenses.
8. Switching, helping out or picking up a loose player on a breakaway, when there is a clear threat to score is good man-to-man defense and is allowed. Players must be within a reasonable distance of their player at all times. 

Two referees will be assigned to all games except 3rd grade which will have one referee. 

3rd grade - $20 per team (1 ref)
4th grade - $40 per team ( 2 ref)
5/6 grade - $40 per team (2 ref)
7/8 - HS -   $40.00 per team (2 ref)
